For more than ten years, the FIDASmart members have been working closely with clients to achieve the highest standards of compliance with local and international regulations.

While traditionally FIDASmart is known for its’ close connection and in depth understanding of the pharma and food supplements fields, in more recent years we have been challenged by our clients to explore new markets, sometimes with limited or even no regulation.

Thus, besides the advice provided on a regular basis to our clients active in long-established industries, we have been involved in innovative projects such as:

Advising on commercial and regulatory matters related to the cultivation of hemp for various utilizations for one of the largest greenhouse hemp cultures in Romania; and
Assisting in the set-up and advising on regulatory matters in relation to a business of electronic cigarettes involving the use of CBD liquids.
