Radu comes from a lengthy (15+ years) experience as manager in telecom industry and shifted his focus to coaching more than 5 years ago. Radu has 1000+ hours of professional coaching experience with individuals and teams and has been the President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – Romania Chapter during 2022-2023.
Radu is focused on organizational coaching, supporting leaders and teams to breakthrough their current mindsets and results.
Specialized in organizational change and transitions, he partners with companies willing to make the step to the next level.
Through his systemic coaching approach, that provides individual or team clients in-depth awareness to systemic connections and structures, Radu supports them go beyond existing mindsets and practices, in order to create high-value and sustainable results.
He is very passionate about high stake projects involving Organizational Culture change, Team launch/relaunch, or supporting managers transition to new and challenging roles.
Radu is committed to continuous learning: he studied in coaching academies in Romania, UK, Singapore, USA, and he is now embarked on the journey towards ICF highest level of certification: MCC.
