With more than 6 years of legal experience, Monica joined FIDASmart upon the set-up of the law firm in 2016 and has been entrusted with overseeing several legal areas including Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and IP.
Monica is a highly appraised member of the FIDASmart team with an excellent track record of successfully implemented projects, including co-managing the legal activities related to a trademark client of FIDASmart portfolio – Cambridge School of Bucharest – starting from the taking over of the activity up to the continuous review and legal support for the school’s day-to-day activity.
Monica has a background in CSR and NGO-related work which makes her a perfect match with FIDASmart values and principles. Together with her colleagues in FIDASmart, Monica is an important advocate for the pro bono practice of FIDASmart.
