In over 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies such as Siemens, Amrop, Adecco and Smartree, Cristina has been involved in various areas of human resources, recruitment and training. Her professional development organically led her to coaching, including to undertaking the management of the Romanian branch of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Cristina is specialized in career coaching, change management and performance management, working with middle and top management customers. She has the ability to place the inner mirror in front of her clients and to assist them in finding clarity, structure and discipline in their personal and professional challenges.
Cristina has a vast experience, and one of her favorite projects is the one dedicated to women in a multinational computer software company that values diversity and inclusion.
Cristina believes that, once you have tasted coaching, an infinite universe of knowledge opens up to you. That is why she studied at prestigious international coaching schools, among which we mention Metasysteme Coaching, NLP School – Professional Leadership Coaching Certification and Wbecs.
Cristina believes that coaching is the most effective tool for each of us to move to a new level of development, for personal and professional growth, for overcoming the blockages that appear in moments of challenge, and the safe navigation of transitions that appear in our lives.
